Yesterday, Saturday Aug. 2nd I took some pictures of Julie and her darling dogs. Julie is a photographer as well, and she asked me to take their special family photo, because the dogs are 12 years old and she didn't have any good photos with them until yesterday!

A little baby bird in my backyard....

I just found a little baby bird in my backyard. I saw it sit in the same place for a while and the parents were flying around non stop. So I decided to get my camera and take advantage of the not moving baby bird. This is how it turned out:

New Lens I got!!

I just got a new lens Canon 85mm with F1.8. I tried it today for the first time and I am so exited by the photos I was able to capture of my dogs!

I knew F1.8 should provide a pretty good blurred background, but I did not believe until I was the pictures!!!

Here are the top 3 so far...I cant wait to take it to the Renaissance fair tomorrow!!!
